Sink Before You Act

Every three years there's a race of student-built floats through the streets of Stockholm. This year was not one of those years so the good citizens of this fair city need not fear for the destruction of their first-floor boutiques and shopfronts. That means, however, that the two "off-years" are relegated to the building of boats and their subsequent sinking in Stockholm's harbor. The student groups have 24 hours to build their ships which usually sink in a matter of minutes.

An upside down 70kph sign. öl = beer
